1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation or order placed through it. The site is intended for business buyers; it is not a consumer sales channel.
By using the site or sending an inquiry you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not an offer
Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, packing data and prices on this site are provided for guidance. They do not constitute a binding offer and may be changed without notice.
While we keep the catalogue accurate, typographical errors, out-of-date figures and omissions can occur. Where a specification matters to your application, confirm it in writing before ordering.
3. Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it states otherwise. Prices are subject to raw-material movement after that period.
A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or a signed proforma invoice. We may decline an order, for example where the destination is subject to export restrictions or where payment terms cannot be agreed.
4. Specifications and samples
Catalogue values such as set time, shelf life, carton dimensions and unit weight are typical figures measured under standard conditions. Normal manufacturing tolerance applies.
Print colours, carton shades and label stock may vary slightly between production batches. Samples are representative of the current formula, not a guarantee that later batches will be visually identical.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise, and are based on the Incoterm stated in the quotation (normally FOB or CIF under Incoterms 2020).
Our standard terms are a deposit with the order and the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Letters of credit are accepted at our discretion. Bank charges outside China are for the buyer's account.
6. Delivery and risk
Lead times are indicative and start from receipt of the deposit and approval of artwork. Delays caused by force majeure, port congestion, customs inspection or carrier scheduling extend the delivery date accordingly.
Risk in the goods passes as defined by the agreed Incoterm. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
7. Inspection and claims
Please inspect the goods on arrival. Visible shortage or damage must be notified within 15 days of delivery, with photographs and the carrier's damage report.
Latent defects must be notified within 30 days of delivery. Claims cannot be accepted for goods that have been used, altered, repacked or stored outside the conditions stated on the label and in the safety data sheet.
8. Returns
Goods produced to your artwork, label or specification cannot be returned except where they are defective.
Where goods are confirmed defective, we will at our option replace them or issue a credit note. Return freight and handling must be agreed in writing before the goods are shipped back.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs, product images and trademarks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
Artwork, brands and logos you supply remain yours. You confirm that you hold the rights to any material you ask us to print, and you indemnify us against claims arising from it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of market or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to goods is limited to the invoice value of those goods.
11. Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for import permits, product registration, label and language compliance in the destination country, and for handling and storing the goods as described in the safety data sheet.
You are also responsible for the end use of the goods and for compliance with the import, sanctions and export-control rules that apply to your market.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation. If that fails within 30 days, the dispute is referred to arbitration by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Chengdu, in accordance with its rules then in force.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
